PERRY FAIR
As the Global Head of Creative at Beats By Dr. Dre, Perry leads the company’s award-winning creative team and its agencies across all brand creative, production and events for the company. His personal vision is to tell amazing stories around great products and a great brand, and to live at the intersection of content, design and marketing.
Since joining Beats in 2016, Perry helped lead creative for successful launch of BeatsX and the most watched Beats commercials of all time. Prior to Beats, Perry was the President and Chief Creative Officer for J. Walter Thompson Atlanta, Dallas and Houston, where he led and won pitches for Pennzoil and the United States Marines, both of which are the two largest accounts in the JWT network. Perry also created WALTER, the first start-up agency for start ups while at the agency. Perry has worked at Mullen as Chief Digital Officer and as Digital Executive Creative Director at GreyNYC. Perry has also worked as Creative Director of TBWA/Chiat/Day Los Angeles. Earlier in his career, he worked as Executive Creative Director at True Agency and as an Art Director/Copywriter at Element79. His work has been recognized by almost every industry award, including Cannes Lions, ADC, One Show, D&AD, London International, Clios, MIXX, Webby Awards and SXSW Interactive.
Perry was named Top 40 Under 40 by Adage in 2015. He currently serves on the Board of the Creative Circus as an Advisor. He is a frequent judge and gives talks for the One Show and has been a mentor for their South African Creative Boot Camp. He graduated from The Creative Circus and Clark Atlanta University with a degree in Art. A native of Dallas, Texas, Perry now resides in Los Angeles with his wife.
