Walter Thompson Atlanta, Dallas, and Houston, his offices became the most awarded and profitable in the global network, proving his ability to merge creativity with business growth. He further shaped cultural conversations as Global Head of Creative at Beats by Dre and Head of Partnerships at Red Bull Media House North America, where he built multi-platform entertainment strategies and profitable brand collaborations that resonated with youth audiences worldwide.
A builder of cross-functional teams across marketing, design, content, strategy, and technology, Perry has led organizations that blend advertising and entertainment to drive impact. Perry’s dynamic career spans C-suite leadership in both agencies and marketing-driven companies, including the founding of WALTER—a pioneering agency built for startups, recognized alongside Twitter for its innovation. He has served as a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 CMOs, board member for independent companies, award show judge (Cannes Lions, etc.), and mentor to the next generation of creative leaders.
Beyond advertising, Perry is an accomplished screenwriter, having sold a full-length feature to Intrepid Pictures/Universal, completed a second screenplay, and written his first novel. Recognized as a thought leader, he remains committed to reshaping how brands engage youth culture and entertainment while driving measurable business results.
