Perry has held top global creative, leadership, and global marketing roles at Red Bull and Red Bull Media House, Apple's Beats By Dre, The True Agency, and Trace Magazine in New York. He began his career working on Nike at Wieden+Kennedy, adidas, TRUTH, and Toyota at Burrell, Gatorade at Element79, leading Nissan North America at TBWA\Chiat Day, as the first digital ECD at Grey New York, the first Chief Digital Officer at Mullen and as both CCO and President of JWT Atlanta, Dallas, and Houston.
Perry is currently the Chief Creative Officer and Global Head of Entertainment for McCann Worldgroup. He oversees social, entertainment, global growth, global brand and creative strategy, creative, and production for McCann Entertainment and its partners. Ensuring brand purpose and values are communicated effectively and authentically to millions. He is also responsible for inking the world's first streaming/agency partnership with Roku. Projects he’s worked on have won at Tribeca Film Festival and won Titanium Lions at Cannes.
In his prior duty at Red Bull Media House, Fair was Head of Partnerships for all Red Bull and Red Bull Media House. He led a centralized award-winning team responsible for Red Bull Media House's partnership P&L, all strategy, co-IP creation, partner outreach, creative execution, digital, publicity, media planning, events, talent relations, and streaming strategies for all content created for streaming partners and Red Bull Media linear networks.
As Global Head of Creative at Apple's Beats By Dre, he led the creation, piloting, pitching, and selling of Lebron's James' "The Shop" in collaboration with Uninterrupted to HBO.
Perry was also President and Chief Creative Officer for JWT, dual roles he held for over five years. He led three offices based in Atlanta, Dallas, and Houston. Fair was responsible for three separate P&Ls with a combined revenue of $ 50+ million and a national and global roster of clients ranging from Jiffylube, Shell, Pennzoil, USVI, USMC, Build-A-Bear to local companies like Scana Gas.
Perry has held top global creative, leadership, and global marketing roles across the industry. Noteworthy is that his work has won multiple Cannes Lions, One Show, Clios, D&AD, LIA, and MIXX awards. He has also served as jury and jury chair at Cannes, Clios, LIA, One Show, and D&AD.
Outside of his professional life, Perry enjoys screenwriting and has sold the full-length feature "The Fourth Horseman" to Intrepid Pictures and Universal Studios and playing Call of Duty. Through the Travis Manion Foundation and their non-profit, Keys in Kind, he builds homes for low-income families in Guatemala with his wife, Joy.
Perry is also prompt certified in ChatGPT, Runway Gen-2 and Midjourney.
