As President and Chief Creative Officer, I managed the USMC account as the business and creative lead on the account. Having completed and defended two government-mandated RFPs in 5+ years, I also created two campaigns that led recruiting efforts for the USMC Recruiting Command. "Sounds of Chaos" and "Battles Won".
In addition to working with the USMC on their traditional recruiting efforts, I created the Semper Fidelis Bowl, created agency teams to compete with potential recruits at the Crossfit games, and created hiring programs for former Marines that transferred their military experience into real-world applications.
